Extension and conversion of a Rhine valley house renovated 20 years ago. The aim of the conversion was the long-term use of the house for living suitable for the elderly. The living space was extended and a terrace was added on the 2nd floor. In addition, a roofed veranda on the 1st floor, which can be accessed via a footbridge from the living area, was newly constructed.

The built-in elevator provides access to all 3 floors.
The carport separates the garden area behind it from the street.
