The single-family house was planned for a later possible extension. The house can be extended, the statics, the building services and the distances are selected in such a way that it can be extended as required.

Energy-efficient construction and good architecture are not mutually exclusive. The two high-quality apartments in passive house quality were constructed in solid construction, the facades consist of high-quality brick with the idea to keep the maintenance of the houses as cheap as possible.
